Considering the general conditions of your project and the technical configuration of the system under test, we design an efficient and economically approach within the Test Plan which allows the verification of the aimed quality characteristics and minimizes the risks of the system introduction.

The Test Plan contains the fixation of test goals, the test strategy, the assignment of the test objects, the test planning as well as the process description of test execution for your project. It will be thus the basis for an agreed and goal oriented testing approach.

Approach

On the basis of the system specification and in-depth interviews with you we will determine the relevant information about your system under test and the project context like time constraints and resource requirements.

In a workshop we will present our results of analysis regarding the required quality characteristics and reconcile the test goals for the test project together.

Using the agreed results we will draft a Test Plan in which we will

Assign reasonable test objects.
Identify risks of test project and define mitigation measures.
Design the Test Strategy.
Define the process to implement the Test Strategy (test case design, test execution, test documentation and defect management).
Describe a role Plan with the assignment of test tasks.
Estimate the effort to implement the necessary test tasks.
Schedule the testing activities.
Implement a performance measurement system to control and manage the test project.

In a concluding workshop we will present you the draft of the Test Plan and agree on it.
