„The purest kind of madness is to leave things the way they are and to contemporarly hope that something will change.„
(Albert Einstein)
One of the most important, however, most disregarded phases in a test project is the test conclusion in which the concluded test project will be analysed, the gained experience will be reflected and optimization measures for following test projects will be derived.
The review of a realized test project though should be generally the conclusion part of the whole test process because it represents the basis for its continously optimization.
Analyze with us your accomplished test project and gain valuable insights for optimization for the following test projects.
Approach
In a workshop we will reflect your test planning and test execution of the realized test project based on your concrete test results and described experiences.
On the basis of this analysis and using our review checklist for test projects we will propose suggestions for optimizations for your future projects.
In a second session we will present you the result of the analysis and the resulting measures for optimization. Due to the fact that valuable insights for improvement can be drawn for each test project we support you by initiation of a continous optimization process in your company using our process modell and the related utilities.
Results
- Suggestions for concrete optimization measure with a Cost/Benefit examination
- Process model for the continous optimization process with utilities for implementation
Benefits
- Analysis of the accomplished test project based on established checklists
- Concrete suggestions for efficient optimization measures of the test process
- Initiation of a continous optimization process
Prerequisites
A realized test project.
